Thus, it is upon this foundation that his winning blog "Uganda Can Use the Arts to END Gender Based Violence" was picked up by the World Bank Group. The bank continues to use poetry, music, visual and performance art as part of its communication mediums that has proven effective in tackling issues of development. He is now a member of their Youth Transforming Africa, with other alumni winners of Blog4Dev.

Dubois' work in print, radio broadcasting, theatre, film and television has  crossed global boundaries. He has worked with publications, media corporations and production companies in Uganda, Kenya, South Africa, Sweden and United States. Over the decade, he wrote Features and reviewed the Arts and Culture for Nation Media's Monitor Publications and South African based Art Africa magazine. He edited and narrated award winning documentaries such as Life on the Streets (showcased at International AIDS Conference, 2016 and nominated Best Documentary Uganda Film Festival- UFF 2017), Hooked by Wizarts Media (Best Documentary Uganda Film Festival 2016) . He managed Public Relations, Media and Marketing for Arts based non-profit organizations like Silent Voices Uganda (SVU), Youth Arts Movement and Rainbow Riots Uganda. At SVU, he wrote and edited the reading list for the Director's TED Talks 2017. In 2016, he founded a non-profit multimedia storytelling youth startup, ELESmode Productions, which develops, produces and directs short films, documentaries and written anthologies like Invisible Scars (Enkovu Ezitalabika), a mental health research publication, manages self care fellowships and safe spaces for marginalized communities in Uganda.

In 2018, he coined The PoMDaP™ Experience, a multidisciplinary fusion of performance Poetry, Music, Dance and Photography, to be produced into a serialized single body of work to showcase in Kampala, Uganda, Taipei, Taiwan, New York City and Washington DC, USA (between 2021 to 2025). This, under the patronage of ©Sebamala Arts. Other works at Sebamala Arts include Black Glove (a murder mystery fashion and tourism short film) and The Mayanjas (a fictional biographic family drama series based on his own childhood and upbringing) currently in production in Uganda (2020 and 2022).

Internationally, Dubois has performed in The View From Up There, short film written and directed by Maxwell DeFalco (New York), Time Stops, Written Marketa S. Nicholson, Directed by Merancia Noelsaint, and First Chair at Keegan Theater's WOMXN Festival (Washington DC), NTV Uganda's drama series Second Chance in Kampala and Entebbe, Strings and A Ghost Story (Kampala International Theatre Festival 2017 (Uganda), radio dramas - Rock Point 256 and Obulamu in Uganda, etc.  He directed a reading of The Surrogate at Lincoln Center Theater Directors Lab in New York, and supported SVU's productions A Fest of 10 Minutes Plays from 48 Hours In... Harlem (2018), Just Me, You and THE SILENCE (2017), Blood and Holy Maria (at Theater in the Park, Harare, Zimbabwe 2017). View Artist resume below.
